Let Go!

Confidence (my definition) – To know who you are, to embrace what you have and own it!

Growth! Learning from your mistakes and growing from them is the first step to change.  You have not learned from your mistakes if you continue to make the same ones.  I used to beat myself up all of the time on things I should’ve done or could’ve done differently.   We can never go back and fix our mistakes so why dwell on them? I now know who I am and where I want to go and it has transformed me into a better woman thus far.  Let go of the past and move on…This is your life and it is never too late to make a clean start whenever you want.

Make a change for yourself first.  But once you do, ensure you go hard and give it all you’ve got….Werk!
